Enrollment Information

Faith Christian Academy will make all decisions concerning the admissions and enrollment of a family into the school. The school administration details of the enrollment procedure. The enrollment procedure includes the following:

Parents completing and signing an Application for Admission Procedures which includes a Parent Commitment and a Discipline and Guidance Policy.

Attending the initial parent orientation designed to communicate to parents what is expected of students.

Completing all necessary forms for enrollment and submitting the following paperwork: Application Packet Forms
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of Immunization Records
Copy of Current Report Cards
Copy of Current Standardized Test
Copy of Special Diagnostic Reports

Making the necessary financial arrangements required by the school.
